3/4 Inch road base (19 mm) is a crushed aggregate blend ranging from 3/4 inch stone down to fine quarry dust. Made from blasted rock with naturally occurring fines, this material compacts extremely well to create a dense, durable surface. Known also as road gravel or road rock, it is one of the most commonly used base materials for construction and landscaping projects where strength and long-term stability are required.
